Advance Manifiest Security Charge

Charge for advance cargo declaration to US Customs/ Canada Customs for cargo to be loaded on a vessel at a non-US port

Amendment for Advance Manifest Security

Charge for correcting cargo declaration after submission cut-off as published due to error or omission by Shipper or their agent.

3

Administration fee for Change of destination 

Charge assessed for changing destination of the cargo after loaded on board the feeder vessel or trunk vessel on top of additional operation handling cost 

4

BL amendment fee  

Fee charged whenever there is an amendment to BL after BL issuance 

5

B/L or Release Order Re-issuance Fee

Charge assessed when shipper, consignee or their agents request to re-issue the Bill of Lading or Release order due to whatever reason 

6

B/L surrender (Telex Release) Fee

Charge assessed when shipper request for cargo release instructions for a given shipment upon the surrender of related Original Bill of lading

BL amendment fee for change of Rate Agreement Party

Charge assessed when shipper or their agent requests for changing the B/L parties as a result in application of a different rate agreement of the related B/L.

Bounced Check Administration fee

Charge assessed on if the cheque presented by a Customer in payment to OOCL is bounced by the bank

Container Cleaning 

Charge assessed when the container is required to clean after empty return

Export Documentation Charge

Administration fee for preparation or handling of export documentation

Import Documentation Charge

Administration fee for preparation or handling of import documentation

Terminal Handling Charge

Fee for handling a container in an ocean or feeder terminal

Late SI submission fee

Charge assesed if shippers or their agents submitted the Shipping Instruction (SI) later than the OOCL published SI cutoff 

14

Container Detention (Carrier Haulage)

Applied when containers are left at customers' premises either on or off a chassis for longer than the stipulated free time

15

Container Detention (Merchant Haulage)

Applied when containers are retained by customers or their appointed truckers for longer than the stipulated free time

16

Container Demurrage

Applied when containers are left at ports’ premises  either on or off a chassis for longer than the stipulated free time

17

Switch B/L Fee

Charge assessed for switch B/L arrangement to recover the coordination and administrative work involved. It is charged per B/L.
