Assistant Manager - Booking, Customer Service Department

Shenzhen Office

Accountabilities

  • Assist to identify problem, gather & evaluate information, assessing risk and making sound recommendation & solution to satisfy customer needs
  • To monitor & guide the team to complete their job tasks within the standard time frame and ahere to Global process in a most cost effectively and efficiency manner
  • Assist to providing training to team member whenever a new service product or system or procedure is implemented
  • To work with COM dept and Space controller to ensure better booking control and monitoring.

Requirements

  • OOCL service products shipping knowledge, service standdard, ISO procedure
  • Good at OOCL System / Microsoft office, Email,IRIS2,Infonet as above
  • Abilty to adapt to change, face challenges calmly, maneuver difficult situation tactfully, and general management skills.
