Coordinator - Inbound, International Transshipment Team, Customer Service Department

- To make booking to feeder company and ensure smooth feeder connection as per the standard procedure
- Update TSDB & feeder leg in IRIS2 in an accurate and timely manner
- Roll out feeder schedule and update ITS in an accurate and timely manner
- Assign feeder vessel for In-house feeder in accurate and timely manner.
- Good knowledge of feeder operations and OOCL products & services
- Microsoft office, Email, Iris2, Sccm, Infonet
- Good communication skill and customer service sense.
