Position 

Space Controller & Indoor Sales - Outbound, Customer Service Department

Location

Shenzheng Office

Accountabilities

1. Handle ACD call and provide accurate information to customer i.e. schedule, routing, mischarges, FSP... etc
2. Release booking as per customer request incl fax, email and internet
3. To back up M&S and handle Outbound process i.e late come application, hot box request, T.B.U, CPF creation  COD... etc
4. Handle cargo overflow and notify parties concerned
5. Handle problem case assigned by the section head

Requirements

1. Profession in shipping knowledge, product knowledge, customer business knowledge, market knowledge, market information, customer information
2. IRIS2, MS Excel / Word / Powerpiont, Autofax Broadcast system, MS outlook, OASIS, Thames, InfoNet, WebSimon
3. Professional selling skills, Planning skill, Business judgment
