Supplement announcement
on freight collection and VAT invoice issuance by OOCL appointed branches of OOCL Logistics (China) Ltd. and other venders in south China.

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that acoording to regulations in Circular 106 of Caishui [2013] announced by China SAT,  for freight and charges collected on behalf of OOCL by the branches of OOCL Logistics (China) Ltd. in Foshan,Zhongshan,Shantou,Zhanjiang,Haikou,Kunming and other venders appointed by OOCL (China) Ltd. in South China, VAT special invoice will still be issued and 6.78% of VAT and other associated surtax will be collected. If VAT general invoice is required, please remit freight and charges to the bank account of OOCL (China) Ltd.Shenzhen Branch, by which VAT general invoice will be issued and exempt VAT and associated surtax.
