the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all inbound shipments to Kuwait.

USD 100/20' Container                            
USD 200/40' Container                
USD 200/40' High Cube Container          

The effective date refers to Cargo Onboard Date. This surcharge will be on collect basis.
