Please be advised that with effective from 2nd Aug 2014, OOCL would like to implement
the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all inbound shipments to /via Ho Chi Minh Cat Lai port.

USD 50/20' Container                            
USD 100/40' Container             
USD 100/40' High Cube Container      

The effective date refers to Cargo Arrival Date. This surcharge will be on collect basis.
