Please be advised that with effective from 19th Oct 2014, OOCL would like to implement the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all inbound shipments to Hong Kong and those transship via Hong Kong by barge.

USD 50/20' Container                              
USD 100/40' Container               
USD 100/40' High Cube Container         

The effective date refers to Cargo On-board Date. The surcharge will be on collect basis for inbound shipment and prepaid for transship via Hong Kong.
