For cargo discharging at Halifax and destined to inland points： 
USD 788 / 20' Container  
USD 985 / 40' Container  
USD 1108 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1247 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $18.00

The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
