KTX SERVICE
Schedule Integrity Improvement
(JAPAN→HONG KONG/SOUTH CHINA)

Dear Customers,

Thank you for supporting our KTX service from Japan. Unfortunately, our services were disrupted due to various reasons, leading to unstable schedule integrity in second half of 2014. We are devoted to schedule integrity and have taken various actions to enhance the schedule reliability. We are glad to announce that our revamped KTX services have shown great improvement on the arrival time at Hong Kong (for KTX1, KTX2 & KTX3) and Shekou(for KTX2/KTX3) ports against proforma. (Please refer to the attached chart).We are confident to deliver a consistent and reliable service to you as before.
