Kwai Tsing terminals stop using unified “Kwai Tsing Terminals”
 Port Security Charge (PCS) coupons in Hong Kong

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that, in accordance with recent notice issued by One-Port Limited, effective from 13th December 2015 8:00 a.m., the five Kwai Tsing terminals will stop using the existing unified Kwai Tsing Terminals’ coupons for Port Security Charge (PSC). The existing unified Kwai Tsing Terminals coupons including:

1) Prepaid colored manual coupons (green for 40/45’ containers & blue for 20’ containers); or
2) Privileged coupons for selected customers; or
3) All unified “Kwai Tsing Terminals” e-Coupons.

shall be replaced by a set of new electronic coupons issued by individual terminal operators. The new electronic coupons are terminal-specific with three versions including ACT/CHT/HIT version, MTL version & CT3/GDPW version. Hereunder is an example of PSC eCoupon issued by MTL terminal:

To ensure smooth delivery of your shipment at Kwai Tsing terminals, please kindly inform your customer/trucking company to use the new terminal-specific electronic coupons issued by different Kwai Tsing terminal effective from 13th December 2015 8:00 a.m.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention for any carrier haulage shipment which is required to pay Port Security Charge (PSC) at Kwai Tsing terminals, customer shall submit the proper terminal-specific electronic coupons at time of carrier haulage appointment arrangement.
