Please be advised that with effective from 1st June 2016, OOCL would like to increase
The Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all inbound shipments to Kuwait.

USD 200/20' Container              
USD 400/40' Container              
USD 400/40' High Cube Container     
The effective date refers to cargo on board Date
