2. Transshipment Restrictions
For shipment transshipment via Shekou, in normal circumstances, OOCL will declare “International transhipment” to customs unless “Domestic transhipment” is indicated from customer before customs manifest submission. Below table shows the acceptance point of “Domestic transshipment arrangement” for easy reference only. Customers are reminded if cargo import to South China via Shekou is required to be arranged under “Domestic transhipment”, you are required to provide such special request at time of booking at port of loading to ensure the B/L destination is accepted in list below.

4. Customs Requirements
Guangdong
Export/ import permit, import/ export duties, commercial inspection and various inspection certificates are all required prior to cargo release for import and export. The customs declaration is also required on each individual shipment basis.

Remarks: For commodity of Whale; Narwhal; Dolphin; Porposie; Sea Hog; Sea Pig; Shark; Dogfish and it related products are not accepted in accordance with OOCL cargo acceptance policy.
