Accountabilities

• To be responsible for handling cargo claims in line with job assignment;
• To be responsible for recovery from third party and/or P&I underwriters;
• To ensure a fair, reasonable, realistic and timely decision on each and every cargo claim as well as provide quality service to our clients and maintain the good image of the company;
• To manage the cargo claims system - ClaimSmart, in terms of efficiency and accuracy;
• To be accountable for implementing loss prevention alert;
• To be accountable for submiting MMN on weekly basis
   

Requirements

• University graduated or higher (maritime law degree is an advantage);
• More than 3 years working experience on cargo claims handling and / or international shipping / logistics company;
• Able to read, write and speak fluent English;
• Knowledge on PC (word and excel);
• Attention to details;
• Willing to work earlier or overtime if required;
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
