Customer Care Specialist

Accountabilities

CargoSmart Customer Care is a global customer support team.  This position is responsible for.

  • Providing high quality customer service to global CargoSmart customers
  • Acting as single contract of the customer for any issues related to CargoSmart product
  • Logging in the problems/Issues that customer reported and identifying the degree and scope of impact to customer’s operation/ business
  • Keeping track of progress of problem solving with the related parties until the case closed
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationship
  • Understanding the requirements and processes on customer side
  • Engaging in statistics analysis and monitoring the usage log as well as performance to support management decision
  • Logging customer feedback and working with marketing and business development team to identify the support trends and potential product enhancement
  • Preparing and conducting training to customers
  • Communicating closely with technical teams for generating solutions to customers and tackling their problems

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and oral) is must.
  • University graduated is preferred
  • Basic experience and background of business knowledge (trading, shipping, import or export)
  • Willing to work under pressure and work on shift turn
  • Good PC workstation skills (Word for Windows, Excel)
  • Able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Meticulous in completing tasks with minimal margin for error
  • Excellent dependability record
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in process management
  • Experience in understanding and implementing the business objective / goal
  • Willing to accept challenges and additional on-job assignments
