Accountabilities

To handle terminal services procurement including direct negotiations as well as guidance, review and endorsement of contracts negotiation by regional offices

To participate in alliance discussions on terminal related issues

To manage and negotiate with terminal service vendors
-
To review, maintain and administrate terminal contracts to ensure compliance
-
To assist Management in analyzing terminal contract renewal/commitment strategy and potential terminal investment project
- University graduate in Shipping/Logistics Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- Good analysis and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented, sensitive to number and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proative, fast learner and team player
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; Putonghua is a plus
- Proficiency in PC skills in MS Office, with strong Excel skills a plus
