Position      

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Equipment Management, Corporate Operations Dept

Job Location  

Hong Kong Office

Accountabilities      

  • To manage the overall equipment flow globally, and ensure cost effective and efficient supply of equipment including, but not limited to, designing, maintaining, monitoring the equipment flow
  • To examine and decide on supply options of equipment
  • To contribute the achievement of annual budget and quarterly forecast by coordinating with regions, designing and maintaining modules, analyzing budget / forecast, studying new services
  • To control and monitor the equipment fleet size
  • To act as the bridge between operation users and ISD colleagues

Requirements     

  • University graduate in Shipping or Logistics related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. preferably in shipping and logistics
  • Strong achievement drive and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Excel Pivot Table)
