Graduate Trainee (Assistant Business Analyst)

· A 2-year tailor-made Development Program to enrich your scope of exposure to be a professional Business Analyst in the International Shipping industry

· An intensive training to enhance your Shipping business knowledge and system acumen – Business processes and knowledge, application knowledge and support, business requirement gathering and analysis, application acceptance testing

· A series of rotations within the Group to acquire business domain knowledge and develop soft skills

Throughout the program, you will:

· Provide analysis to create requirement specifications for the in-house enterprise application system and recommend solutions for future business processes

· Participate in system roll out planning, coordinate with global IT teams, and conduct training to world-wide end users

To succeed in this role, you must be:

· A Bachelor/Master degree graduate in General Business Management, Global Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, Logistics Management and Engineering, Mathematics and Economics, Operations Management or related disciplines

· Excellent in communication and presentation skills

· Good analytical skills and capability to break down complex procedures into user-friendly and logical steps
