If shipment is loaded from Hong Kong, you are required:

To make appointment before empty container pick up, simply call our 24x7 hotline 852-25066700 unless "empty container pick up location" is specified in our Booking Acknowledgment (BA).

Appointments can be made 6 hours to 5 Days prior to the empty container pick up.

Once appointment is made, system will return you with a reference number and indicate the empty container pick up location if the appointment is accepted.

Mark down the Reference Number in BA and then bring along the (BA) to the assigned depot for empty container pick up at the appointed date/time; to return the laden container to the terminal before cargo closing time.
If the shipment is loaded from Shenzhen including Shekou, Yantian, Chiwan or Da Chan Bay, you are required:
- To make appointment before empty container pick up, simply call our 24x7 hotline 755-8264 5110, 2 hours prior to exchange the “Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) at designated location in our Booking Acknowledgement (BA).
- Appointments can be made 4 hours to 5 Days prior to the empty container pick up.
- System will return you with a reference number and indicate the empty pick up location if the appointment is accepted.
- Mark down this reference number in the BA, bring the BA to exchange EIR which having your appointment reference number, appointed empty pickup time and pickup location.
- Bring this EIR to the assigned depot/ terminal for empty container pick up at the appointed date/time; to return the laden container to the terminal before cargo closing time.
- When there is NO dedicated appointment Hotline 755-8264 5110 showing in our BA, you can exchange the EIR at the assigned location directly without making appointment.
