Notice of Payment Method in Hong Kong

To save your time and effort, we are pleased to provide you the following options of payment method for the settlement of related B/Ls’ charges:  

1.         Bank-In Deposit

Direct Bank-in Cash or Company Cheque to our designated bank accounts. There are over hundreds of banking counters coverage in Hong Kong, it enables you to settle payment at a nearby branch in a more convenient and safety manner.         

2.         Crossed Company Cheque by post

Please issue the company cheque with favor to “Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd” and write the related B/L numbers on the back of the company cheque and mail it directly to 16 Floor, One Harbour Square, 181  Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong,  Kowloon, Hong Kong with attention to Financial Control Department, OOCL Hong Kong Branch

3.         Via Internet eBanking service

You can transfer funds from your designated bank account using online at anytime anywhere. Please contact your bank to activate this internet service or you can also register at My OOCL Center to enjoy our ePayment service.

For option 1 & 3 - To smoothen the process in recognizing of your payment, you are encouraged to input the BL number when using Quick Cheque Deposit Machine or Internet e-Banking Services. After payment, please simply send the Payment Transaction Notification together with your Bank’s Deposit Slip to the following e-mail address:

• Payment for Import Documents - e-mail address:  [email protected]  

For original B/L and Inbound Release Order/ Delivery Order exchange at our counter offices, please bring along the Bank’s Deposit Slip with relevant documents.
