Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for destination Yangon, Myanmar

Dear Customers,

As a result of serious port congestion in Yangon, Myanmar over the past few weeks, our vessel has encountered serious delay.  The container yards are choked with laden imports together with heavy volume of empties resulting in a high yard density and hindered operation productivity.  

In this regard, with effective of 28-Apr, 2016 (based on Bill of Lading onboard date), OOCL will impose "Port Congestion Charge" (PCS) of USD50/100/100 per 20’/40’GP/40’HQ, which is to be collected at POL for shipments from Hong Kong and *South China to destination Yangon.

*     South China includes Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan & Yunnan Province
