IB DET: Free time shall commence at 00:01 hours on the same day as full gate out and expire at 23:59 on the same day empty return.
OB DET: Free time shall commence at 00:01 hours on the same day as empty pick up.
OB DEM: Free time shall commence at 00:01 hours on the same day as full gate in at terminal and expire at 23:59 on the same day container loaded on railcar.
