1. If consignee wish to move the container by road on their account. OOCL will permit the same subject to submission of (a) LOI to OOCL , (b) Bond to CONCOR (find below attached)

2. If consignee wish OOCL to move the container by road, then OOCL will assist and difference In haulage will be invoiced
