Reference to our earlier
Customer Advisory for Know Your Customer (KYC) Norms on 21 December 2015, you are requested to download
KYC form and submit as soon as possible with the below mentioned docs.
- IEC Copy (Self Attested)
- Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill (Latest)
- Pan Card (Company, Directors/Partners, Accounts/Finance Head & Decision maker or Authorized person)
- Driving license, Election ID Card, Pass Port. (Any One document of Directors / Partners, Accounts / Finance Head & Decision maker or Authorized person)
- Copy of Shipping Bill / Bill of Entry for last 03 shipments.
Please take a note,
- KYC is applicable from immediate basis.
- Applicable for both Import & Export shipments
- KYC needs to be submitted by all the participants of the shipment (e.g. Importer, Exporter, Forwarder, Booking Party, Clearing Agent etc.)
- In case of any changes in the details submitted, kindly re-submit the relevant documents along with the revised KYC form.
