DD in favour of "Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd".

Bond will be required on a Rs 200 Stamp Paper along with a security deposit DD of Rs 5000/ TEU for all Factory Destuff or loaded Delivery containers. We do not collect Stamp duty and Insurance copy is not required. Click here  to download the Bond format for HBL format.

For commodities like Naptha, Beta Naphta, Metal, Metal Products, Machinary Parts, Scrap, Adhesives, Crane parts shipments will require security Deposit of INR 30000/- per container on DD in favor of "Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd". In case of  Direct Port Delivery Shipments a security deposit of INR 15000/- of container should be kept. All Security deposit DD should be collected back by consginee within 7 days of empty return of the container to the Line's nominated empty Depot.

Documentation fee INR 4500/- per Master BL (effective 28-April-2013, receipt at Origin)

Delivery Order Revalidation Fee (per BL) INR 450 + Service Tax (effective 01-Oct-2013) applicable only if DO is extended / revalidated for Inbound shipments.

Port Security Surcharge at Destination : USD 10 per container + Service tax effective (25-Sep-2013 for Non US shipments and 25-Oct-2013 for US shipments)

House BL Fee per House BL INR 3000 + Service Tax

Fee for Releasing NOC - Customs Amendment INR 4,000/-
