1. Definition of Key Terms
| Import Detention / Demurrage |
Detention/ demurrage charges shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day following the expiration of free time. |
| Free Time & Charge |
Free time shall commence at 00:00am from the calendar day after completion of discharge of the vessel and shall expire at 00:00am on container empty return day. And the port storage charge is excluded. |
