1. Definition of Key Terms

Export Demurrage

Export Cargo free time shall commence at 0001 hours on the day when the laden container has been retuned to carrier's Container Yard (CY) till the container to be loaded on the vessel.

*= currency in KRW Korean Won & US Dollar, per container per calendar day.

Equipment free time shall commence at 0001 from the day when the removal of the equipment from carrier's facility until the laden container return back to the carrier's CY.

Import Cargo free time shall commence at 00:00am from the calendar day after completion of discharge of the vessel and shall expire at 00:00am on laden container gate-out day.
