Definition of Key Terrms

Free time

Free time shall commence at 00:00am from the calendar day after completion of discharge of the vessel and shall expire at 00:00am on container empty return day. And the port storage charge is excluded.

Line Detention

Detention charges shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day following the expiration of free time.
