3. Transshipment Restrictions
- As the rules and regulations for intransit cargo are frequently changed, please check with local office for updates. Generally, please note:
- Explosives, ammunitions and highly flammable liquids have to be discharged at Anchorage into private barges under supervision of Port Safety Department.
- Harbour master decides which class of cargo can be discharged alongside and which to be handled at anchorage
- Class 1 & Class 7 cargo are not allowed

5. Customs Requirements
- Manifest must show gross weight of cargo in Kilos and cubic metres
- 2 non negotiable copies of B/Ls must be submitted. Photocopies are not accepted
- FCL and LCL manifests are submitted separately. 2 copies of manifest in English are submitted to the port
- COR cargo release, original invoice, certificate of origin and packing list are required
