1. Definition of Key Terms
| Export Demurrage |
Export cargo free time shall commence at 00:00 from the calendar day after the container has been gate in full and shall end 00:00 AM the day of the advertised cutoff |
| Import Demurrage |
Import cargo free time shall commence at 00:00 from the same day of the Cargo availability date/time and shall end 00:00 AM the day the container gate out from the CY depot |
