*All surcharges other than the delivery order fee are required to be paid outside Sri Lanka by the party who has contracted with us to pay the ocean freight that should include all Colombo destination surcharges with effect from 06th January 2014. However, additional administrative charges are collected at Colombo from local customers in respect of any special service requests made by them such as issue of delivery orders on bank guarantees, change of container status from FCL to LCL for de-stuffing, change of destination requests, MCC operations etc.
