Late Cancellation / Wasted Journey FTC 25/07/2012 Depends on the status of the job concerned at time of cancellation:
(Jobs cancelled after 11.00 hours the working day prior to the day of collection or delivery) Minimum = GBP 155 per container,
  Maximum = full tariff haulage rate or actual cost (whichever is the greater)
Live Container Reload Discount RLD 01/10/2006  50% of Export Haulage Rate + 50% of Import Haulage Rate. Vehicle detention free time increased to 6 hrs.
Multi Stop IHL, IHD 01/10/2006 Formula = Highest tariff haulage rate, + £62 per extra stop, + £1.85 per extra mile (based on round trip) + £ 150 if distance is greater than 500 miles or involves an overnight stop
Overnight Stop ONC 01/10/2006 £150 per contr
Short Notice Collection Surcharge NDS  19/07/2010 £150 per collection
Twinning Discount TDD 01/10/2006  Twice the tariff rate will apply, less 10%
Weekend or Holiday NWD 24/08/2013 For collections of deliveries made any time on Saturdays, £50 per cntr. For collections or deliveries made any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays, or the subsequent day where the driver has to drive before 05.00 hrs, £150 per cntr
Weighing of Containers WCH 01/10/2006  Haulage rate + £30 + £1.85 per mile for diversion to weighbridge
Container Detention under Carrier Haulage Drop & Collect VDC 22/03/2011  Free Time = 2 working days, this includes day of drop and pick up of full/empty container. Double the appropriate inland haulage applies for the first drop or last pull. Detention after Free Time expires:
For all equipment other than Insulated, Temperature Controlled and Tanks: £47 per day per chassis & container combined, or £22 per day per container without chassis.
For Insulated, Temperature Controlled and Tanks: £55 per day per chassis & container combined
General Administration Charge ADM 28/06/2017  £75 or 15% of the 3rd party cost (whichever is the lower)
