Customer Service Staff

Hai Phong Office

Accountabilities

  • Supply Chain Management including

1)Receiving bookings from shippers/vendors

2)Place booking with carriers

3)Arrange cargo stuffing, prepare loading plan

4)Update systems - sending Pre-advice/post advise

5)Issue FCR/Bill of lading

6)Issue invoice, settle payment to carriers and control AR-AP

7)Receiving documents, checking document before sending to consignee

8)Update reports as requested by customers and supervisors

  • Handle daily correspondence (emails/phone calls) from shippers and consignees
  • Handle customer's inquiry within own ability;
  • Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by team leader or manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics, Foreign Trade
  • Good command of written/spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in shipping and/or logistics related field is a priority.
