Dear Customers,

To Better implement China’s 24 hour Advanced Manifest Regulation (No.172 [2008]), according to the latest requirement of Dalian Customs, import manifest amendment submission is only accepted no later than 48 hour after vessel discharge with immediate effective.

As a reminder, customer and their agents should submit full set of required documents to concerned party within the deadline. In principle, Customs do not accept any amendment after the deadline. Customer should take responsibility for any cost, extra handling or potential risks due to violation.
