Unless otherwise specified in a rate item, the following minimum Bill of Lading charges for freight shall apply in addition to all applicable charges, surcharges and arbitraries. This rule does not apply for prorated Bill of Lading for cargo moving at a container rate.

Full Container Load Cargo :
General Dry Cargo US$ 350
Refrigerated Cargo US$ 500
Hazardous Cargo US$ 500
All Other Cargo US$ 350
