The Carrier will fairly consider shippers' requests and complaints and advise the shipper as to action taken on such requests and complaints. Requests and complaints may be made by filing with Carrier a statement which specifies the exact nature of the request or complaint and the relief requested. As used in this (Routine requests for rate information sailing schedules, space availability and the like are not included in the foregoing.) Requests for reduced rates should give details of commodity value, packing weight/measurement ratio, prospective volume, proposed rate requested and all other relevant details.
