Unless otherwise specified in an individual service contract or tariff rate/individual rate offer, the term " Freight All Kinds also referred to as FAK" or " Cargo NOS " shall mean all kinds of cargo excluding cargo moving in tank or special equipment, Hazardous cargo Class 1, out of gauge cargo, refrigerated cargo and all bullet commodities contained in a service contract or tariff rate/individual rate offer.

For shipment contains any of the following commodities, a premium of  USD1500 per 20 feet container,USD3000 per 40 feet container with container of other sizes per formula will be assessed in addition to the individual contract/agreement rate and all applicable charges:

Specie, bullion, precious or rare metals or stones, plate, jewellery or other objects of a rare or precious nature, banknotes or other forms of currency, bonds or other negotiable instruments; Tobacco Products.
