Fax Elimination Project

In an effort to reduce OOCL’s carbon footprint and improve business efficiencies we are seeking to move away from the issue of Notices of Arrival (NOAs) by fax, and instead promote their dispatch by email. 

We believe this will be of benefit to customers as well, and suggest that where possible a group/shared email address is provided to us, thus ensuring that all the required parties do receive the NOA.  However if a group email is not possible we do strongly suggest that more than one personal email address is provided, this will ensure receipt should any one recipient be out of the office.

Please send your company name and address and the email address(es) of the nominated recipients to our customer service department by clicking HERE.

Alternatively, NOAs can be obtained electronically from our Cargosmart e-Business product. This service provides several benefits, for example, and we invite you to click HERE to obtain further details online, or HERE to download details in PDF format.
